Do you charge to appraise items?

If you are genuinely wanting to sell items, no charge. If you want an official valuation then there will be a minimum charge of $80. If you just need some information because you are curious, send an enquiry and include pics and I will help however I can, for free!

How far will you travel?

We service all of Canterbury and, depending on what is available, we may travel further afield. Please enquire and let us know what the situation is.

Do you buy furniture and secondhand items?

Depends. We have another contact will buy these items but if there are antiques, collectables, art, china and interesting items then it may be best we view as well. We want people to realise the best value for their items and will ascertain the best course of action once we know details.

Is now a good time to sell?

Definitely! Not because the market is thriving, quite the opposite. We firmly believe that with such a volatile market it is a good time to cash in while you can. 

Can we come and view your items for sale?

We have a storeroom but no showroom. If you have a specific type of item you want, please let us know.
